Refund Policy

At Luvanii™, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions below.

1. Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in its original packaging

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care products

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
Items returned after 30 days
Opened books, CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

Check your bank account or credit card company.
If you still haven’t received it, contact support@luvanii.com.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
To exchange an item for the same product, email support@luvanii.com.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over €75 / CAD 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.
